Who were these ancient people of mystery that have left us the physical evidence of their pyramid temples, ballcourts, palaces and stelas built without the use of beasts of burdens or wheels.
How did they develop their advanced knowledge of astronomy and architecture that let them build temples positioned so that precise observations of the solstice, equinox and other astronomic events could be made by observing the placement of planets and stars along defined positions on these buildings.
How did the Maya’s get the advanced mathematical knowledge that let them develop an extremely accurate calendar of time, that introduced zeros and identifies specific happenings What do we learn from it about “now”?
Come join me and open your heart and mind to some very rare and special experiences with the shamans of the mayas, the curanderos, healers and their plants and with ceremonies in some of the most remarkable sacred sites.
Bring along your sense of adventure, inquisitiveness, playfulness and spirituality and be part of our small group traveling “family” for life long memories and friendships.
